Perhaps a stupid question, but is it possible to force two (or more) hyperfine couplings to be identical in pepper using your cwEPR plugin?
If so, how?
It seems the "fullsys" trick described here cannot be used, right?

As it is now, no this would not be possible. Let me think if there is a way to have the app interact with custom functions in a manner that would be user-friendly enough to justify still using the app rather than just scripting.

Your cwEPR app is already fantastic, but this feature would make it perfect!
@bruin, thank you, i'm glad you find it useful! I don't see a way that the app can simplify arranging custom scripts. However, one feature of the app that can help is the "Export Structs" button in the Tools tab. You can do all of your pre-processing, experimenting with simulations, simple fits, etc. while preparing for the custom fit, export the structs to your workspace, and reference them in your custom script. I'm pretty sure the formats of the structs that are exported into the 'cwepr' struct are correct for native easyspin functions, if not please let me know.
