a and F high-order zero Field Splitting parameters

Dear All,
I would like to use higher-order zero-field splitting terms of the Spin Hamiltonian, for the simulation of a cw EPR spectrum
In the expression Sys.aF=[10 -3] of the following documentation, which is the a and which is the F?

a is the first, F is the second.
