The equations for magnetic susceptibility in Easy spin

Post by dechi »

Dear All,

I was trying to simulate the magnetic susceptibility (chi) of the iron(III) complexes(monomer and dimer) by the using Easy Spin,
then the calculated parameters(J, D, and mean g values) were obtained from the fitting of the observed and simulated plots.

However, there is a problem, I don't know the equations of the magnetic susceptibility of used in the Easy Spin.
Please let me know the equations!

I'm sorry if the same or similar issues showed previously.

Yours very sincerely

EasySpin returns the zz component (along the magnetic field) of the differential magnetic susceptibility tensor. It is calculated as the numerical derivative of the z component of the magnetic moment with respect to the magnetic field.
