2014a, std::exception

Hi all,

On lines where pepper and saffron are called I get
Caught "std::exception" Exception message is: Cannot convert dates prior to Jan 1, 1970
now with ES 5.0.9 and Matlab 2014a

This is not a problem with Matlab 2010a and Matlab 2015a. I've double-checked JRE and Windows C++ distributable installations.

Please post a minimal script that generates this error on your R2014a/ES5.0.9 system.

Sorry, it wasn't working for two computers with R2014a/ES5.0.9 with the standard pepper and saffron examples, for a few days, but now it is. Sorry I can't explain it. Perhaps it was the reboots after JRE/C++ distributable re-installations or some transient software conflict.
