Matlab version

Post by dmulder »

Are there any active versions of EasySpin that support Matlab version 2012b?

Thanks -- Version 5.2.25 was working but upgrade to version 5.2.31 returns messages that Matlab version is not supported. I guess it is time for me to upgrade Matlab?

5.2.x should definitely run on R2012b. Please post the exact error message and the full script that generates it. We'll look into it.

Here's the error returned from typing in easyspin at the command prompt:

Error using easyspininfo (line 10)

Easyspin MATLAB version support

EasySpin supports MATLAB 9.1 (R2016b) and later.
Your MATLAB version 8.0.0.783 (R2012b) is not supported.
.

Error in C:\easyspin-5.2.31\easyspin\easyspin.p>easyspin (line 10)

This is indeed a problem that got introduced in 5.2.31. Thanks for reporting. We'll fix it and post 5.2.32.
