ESEEM simulation

Post by Khalil »

Hi
I've been using esfit function to simulate a simple 3pESEEM data. The fit was great and I would like to know if there is anyway how to save the figure (fit + experimental data) at the end of the fit.
I tried to use the best parameters generated by the fit and run a normal simulation but this didn't help to get a similar figure as when you run esfit.
Any suggestions!!
Many thanks.

You could do the following: Once your fit with esfit is converged, use the "Save parameter set" button to store the fit. Then use the "export" button to copy the fit data (parameters, fitted spectrum, experimental spectrum, etc) to the workspace. esfit will generate a structure that contains all things relevant to the fit. You can then use the data from this structure to make your own plots of the fit result.
