Factors that influence intensities/heights?

Hello all,
I have a new and growing knowledge of EPR and EasySpin, and I would like to understand what I might need to investigate to achieve the correct peak ratios (see attached). I think this isn't a matter of using the scale feature but rather tuning a ratio of some element to one another... I've found adding Hstrain and optimizing the line widths has got me close. Any direction would be appreciated either with hamiltonians or easyspin advice.
