Hi,
I have installed the matlab(R2014b) and easyspin (4.5.5) in my new computer with the Win8 as the operating system. When I tried to simulate my data with the exact same parameters that I know for sure working in Win7, the whole matlab window keeps closing. For the same set parameters, my colleague tried on his Mac and they are working! I tried some simple ones, if just g values, it is working. Once the hyperfines are listed, it crashes. The only reason I can think of maybe the easyspin (or Matlab?) is incompatible with Win8. Have you heard any similar report before? Is this possible a bug? It is really annoying when you see something working before now not working anymore.

Hi Jing, that must indeed be annoying. I have not heard about Win8 problems. Can you post the minimal script that crashes Matlab on your computer? Also, please include the output of the command easyspin.

Hi Jing, we have not encountered this before. Can you please post a short script that generates this crash, and also include Opt.Verbosity = 2. Thanks
