EDNMR
Hi there, I tried to use the EDNMR script in the exchange files to run some EDNMR simulation on a Cu2+ binding a Histidine. For some reasons the function EDNMR doesn't work. I got an error message: Error in EDNMR (line 40) oriselWeight = orisel(Sys,Exp,Opt); Error in EDNMR_test (line 58) [x1,y1] = E...

cross term averaging in ESEEM
Dear all,
Just wondering if someone has used ctafft function in easyspin for cross term averaging in ESEEM data. This is often used to eliminate distortions in the ESEEM data.
If possible a practical example would be ideal to show how to to use it.
Cheers

esfit function
Hi all, I am using esfit to fit 3pESEEM time domain data and for this I have just to load time domain experimental data and set the EPR parameters required for 3pESEEM saffron function and use esfit straightforward. I would like to know if it's possible to use esfit to fit frequency domain 3pESEEM d...

Re: 3pESEEM
Many Thanks Stefan, I have attached a simple script of 3pESEEM of 1H nuclei. For multiple nuclei it seems that the modulation depth is not showing any changes with the number of nuclei regardless if you use "Sys.n" or setting multipe nuclei '1H,1H,..'. But in the frequency domain the ampli...

3pESEEM
Hi, I am trying to simulate a 3pESEEM data. When using esfit it fits only the time domain of the 3pESEEM data and I was wondering if there is any way to use esfit to fit the frequency domain of the ESEEM data. The second question that I do have is regarding the modulation depth in the ESEEM data. Ac...

ESEEM simulation
Hi I've been using esfit function to simulate a simple 3pESEEM data. The fit was great and I would like to know if there is anyway how to save the figure (fit + experimental data) at the end of the fit. I tried to use the best parameters generated by the fit and run a normal simulation but this didn...
