erpload from Magnettech

Hello, I'd like to use the eprload function to plot kinetic recored with a Magnettech spectrometer. The kinetic mode generates a directory containing single spectra. In the magnettech software (ESRstudio), the results can be saved with 3 different extensions: xml (new format), spe (old format), or c...

Re: SimLabel: a GUI to simulate cw EPR from spin labeling

Hi,
you are right. Your application is unfortunately not covered by SimLabel...
However you can do it by coding. You can also use the cwEPR App of Leonard Obrien if you already know EasySpin.
And sorry for the delay of answer, my subcription to this post has been surprisingly unchecked.

An updated version is available * ! Just replace the previous files... SimLabel_Sept2022.zip What's new: hyperfine coupling values always given in mT, but values in MHz given in the tooltip, only 4 digits for g values / sliders steps adapted, splitting measurement available on spectra (see documenta...

Re: SimLabel: a GUI to simulate cw EPR from spin labeling

Hello every one, I forget to comment a few lines in the last release. Before the next version, to avoid error when starting fitting or going back from fitting, just search the following lines and comment them! the concerned lines: set (hzoomin,'enable','off'); set (hzoomout,'enable','off'); set (hha...

Re: S=2 simulations

The strain is modeled by a gaussian distribution both in ES and in the paper. The only difference is how is characterized this gaussian distribution. FWHM is used in ES. Standard deviation is used in the paper (FWHM=2.sigma.(2.ln(2)) 0.5 =2.3548.sigma). Then I replace the corresponding line in the f...

Re: S=2 simulations

I have an experimental spectra that looks like the one in the figure 5.
Unfortunately easyspin seems not to be able to simulate this spectra... whatever the parameters are...
Moreover, I found some simulated spectra in the litterature. I can not imagine that they all are wrong...
