Partially Ordered Film Rotation Pattern

Hello, Following up from a previous post about using the Exp.Ordering function to simulate rotation patterns of partially ordered systems, this function still doesn't appear to work when combined with the Exp.SampleRotation function. Exp.Ordering = -2.5; rho = (0:10:180)*pi/180; nRot_L = [0;1;0]; fo...

Re: Orientation using Exp.Ordering

Hello,

I was wondering if there had been any updates or thoughts on these issues with the Exp.Ordering function.

Much appreciated,

Harry

Re: Inconvenient labels position in stackplot

x/y labels and their range/step size can be manually specified using the set function:

Code: Select all

 figure
 set(gca,'XTick',3395:10:3475,'YTick',[0.5:1:5.5]);

Re: Orientation using Exp.Ordering

Thanks for the reply. Apologies, but this workaround doesn't appear to quite work correctly either, with spectra at 'sampleOri' of [0 0 0] and [0 pi/2 0] appearing identical (I'm using easyspin-6.0.0-dev.29). Also the case for [pi/2 0 0 and [0 0 pi/2]. Interestingly [0 pi/4 0] and [pi/2 pi/2 0] appe...

Orientation using Exp.Ordering

I am looking to produce orientation dependent spectra of a semi-ordered structure, with preferential orientation along the molecular z-axis. When this axis is positioned horizontal and the structure rotated about the vertical (y-)axis, orientation dependence of hyperfine splitting is shown experimen...
